CI Foodservice, Inc was
created as a for profit business in 1997 by Kristine Unkle in an effort to form a food-service and catering company to
provide service in the Frederick Geographic area. Serving over 22 years in
the hospitality industry, CI Foodservice has gained broad experience in all
aspects of food service and has earned the respect of its many and varied
clients. Through innovative presentation and cutting-edge food
concepts CI Foodservice has established a sizeable client base as is shown by
the many
repeat customers. Recognizing that Frederick and the adjoining areas were
growing decided to operate in that area.
The company’s staff has over 65 years combined
experience in the foodservice hospitality industry. The development of
quality foodservice and premier catered events is the company heartbeat
that is supported through strategic partnerships formed with the company’s
vendors and suppliers. In addition Catering Impressions provides added
value to all service levels, enabling the company to provide the best and
newest concepts in advance of most trends. Development and training of the
staff is a fundamental part of the business and a critical to the success
of the business. This is accomplished using training sponsored by the
national restaurant association, local health agencies and through a best
practices policy.

provides clients with our own personal professional management team

Mission
Catering Impressions recognizes the importance
clients place on food service operations as an integral part of the
corporate environment as well as its effect on morale of its workforce.
Catering Impressions is therefore dedicated to provide one hundred percent
customer satisfaction in all aspects of food service. This standard of
customer satisfaction shall be met through the following key company
objectives:
1. The
company shall operate on the basis that the customer is always right. If
there is ever any question regarding this fundamental principle, the
company staff shall initially provide the required service to the customer
and initiate any required follow-up action through its chain of
organizational command.
2. The
company shall always use the highest quality food products, using
imaginative presentation at affordable and competitive rates.
3. The
company staff shall always act in a polite manner to its clients and
present themselves as food service professionals, in neat, clean and
functional attire suitable to the occasion.
4. Catering
Impressions assures its clients that the food service and management staff
will be properly trained and technically competent for the assigned food
service operation or catering function.
5. In
all aspects of food service and catering operations Catering Impressions
shall strive to provide the same environment, quality of product and
service as its clients.
