CI Foodservices Inc was founded in 1997 by Kristine Uncle as a for profit business venture grasping the developing Frederick geographic area while expanding into the Washington, D.C. metro region.  Approaching our 15th year in the hospitality industry, CI Foodservices has collectively established over 65 years of experience in Professional Culinary Hospitality.  Through our collected experience CI Foodservices has gained broad skillsets in all dynamics of the kitchen and the gastronomy of today’s clients.  From modern deconstruction of culinary science to classical culinary favorites CI Foodservice strives to astonish each client with our innovative presentations and personal attention to details. 

 

With the gained experience and diverse employee background, CI Foodservice has developed a quality of foodservice, personal & professional catering that has many clients creating lasting business relationships.  At CI Foodservices’ core is a firm belief that each client, from executive to personal, shall receive the same level of professionalism and customer service.  At CI Foodservice we achieve this by employing training materials sponsored from The National Restaurant Association & local health agencies along with usage of a ‘best practices’ policy companywide.
